GBG, via subsidiary company Pluto For Two Co., Ltd, acquires the rights for a resort project set for 3Q25
Pluto For Two Co., Ltd - GBG's subsidiary division for hospitality and food management business, acquires the rights to 6 Thai-modern style villas in San Kamphaeng District Chiang Mai, near Handsome Fitness Gym. This deal was signed via MOU with the rights to rent the land and villas for a period of 5+ years on long term lease.
GBG plans to renovate and prepare the villas for residence and resort stay, to be fully operational and ready-for-stay in 3Q25. The project will be called "Horizon Villas", encapsulating the plateau-based land that the villas are situated on, with a full panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and plains
