History

Golden Bermuda Group Co., Ltd.  was formerly A Cordyceps Co., Ltd. focused on selling health  supplements since 2018. In 2024, the company was acquired by Golden Bermuda Group and rebranded as a venture capital and investment holdings firm. The company is a subsidiary of Pan-Cosmo Group: a plastics and chemicals manufacturing group based in Bangkok.

 

GBG's investment operations are run by Mr Chanon Vanichvarakij (General Manager at Cosmo Acrylics Co., Ltd.), Mr Chatpong Lappitakpong (CEO and Founder of M&A Firm Max Solutions Holdings Co., Ltd.) and Mr Puttipong Ruanjaratsri (Partner and Management Consultant at Golden Bermuda Group Co., Ltd.)​

GBG's diverse shareholding and board of directors is comprised of entrepreneurial individuals and executives with past working experience in several fields, allowing us to understand a breadth of different industries

At current, GBG owns and operates Handsome Fitness Center, a premier gym in Chiang Mai. GBG also holds Pluto For Two C., Ltd. a hospitality and food company with plans to open a resort in Chiang Mai by  3Q25. GBG has partnerships with several companies, including Max Solutions Holdings Co., Ltd. and Phuket Andaman FC
