Golden Bermuda Group (GBG) has officially acquired an 80% ownership stake in Exit Bar Srinagarindra, a popular bar and bistro located on Srinagarindra Road. The acquisition marks a strategic expansion of GBG’s footprint in the food and beverage sector and aligns with the group’s broader vision for growth in the hospitality industry
The agreement was finalized on April 30th, 2025. GBG aims to elevate Exit Bar's reputation and operations, building on its existing appeal while introducing fresh concepts and enhancements to further its success.
